About Seb

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to check out my website. I really appreciate the time and effort you are putting into finding appropriate solutions to your problems, and I wholly respect you as a person for taking the brave step of actively seeking help. I've been in that position before so I have some understanding of the kind of experience that you're having right now. Allow me to share something with you:

Change is just a matter of having the right knowledge, the right approach, and the right attitude...and the right therapist, of course!

I joke, but think about it; with that strategy you can achieve anything. I have no idea how to fly a plane, but I know that if I sought the right knowledge and I followed the right approach with the right attitude I could be a pilot in a year or two, hey, maybe I could even end up flying John Travolta's private jet to the Caribbean! How weird would that be? However it's exactly the same principal with personal issues. Get the right strategy and anything is possible.

As a therapist I believe in the power of honesty. Therefore I'd like to give you an honest impression of who I am so that you can make an informed decision about where to go to seek treatment. Strangely enough, even though I'm in the business of psychotherapy I don't want to sell you anything other than myself, as I am. The reason for this is that therapy is all about the relationship between you the client, and me, the therapist. It would be foolish to initiate that relationship under false pretences so I've endeavoured to be myself when writing this website - I am analytical and strategic in my thinking, I do have a crap sense of humour, and I am passionate about helping people deal with the stuff that's holding them back. Oh, and I swear sometimes! If all that appeals to you (this is starting to sound a bit like a dating profile) then give me a call sometime and I'll happily listen to your case and give you some feedback.

I became a therapist because my life was dramatically turned around when I personally underwent Analytical Hypnotherapy. I felt that anxiety and low self-confidence were holding me back so I booked an appointment with a therapist - since then I'm very pleased to say that my life has just got better and better and my interest in helping other people and bringing real value into other people's lives has just grown and grown. Fortunately it seems that analytical thinking and crap jokes make for good therapists!

Today I am every bit as dedicated to providing the same first-class, professional quality of service that I gratefully received myself when I needed it. Therefore if you want to discuss any problem, issue, or symptom that you have in a comfortable, confidential, non-judgemental environment then please do pick up the phone or send me an email and we can arrange an initial consultation. This service is free of charge and basically gives you an opportunity to come and suss me out in person, as well as giving me the opportunity to assess your situation and see whether or not I can be of service to you. In the meantime enjoy reading through the articles on this site and I sincerely look forward to hearing from you soon.

Warm Regards,

When I first went to see Sebastian I need to admit I was very sceptical and thought a couple of things. Firstly, this is daft, I’m stronger than this, and mainly, damn, I’ve officially flipped; I’m going to a psychotherapist!! I was completely put at ease and soon we got to the bottom of why I was feeling the way I was. I’ve not only regained control of my life but now have the tools to deal with anything that comes my way. Sometimes we just need someone to help join the dots and Seb did great for me. If it worked for a sceptic like me, it can honestly work for everyone. Great guy, great service, you are immediately put at ease, I would highly recommend him if you need to get yourself back on track or can't see the track at all.
